“6th June 2008. Philipa and I were at the Quarry Salamanca bar. It was a quiet night there. It sounds seedy, and probably is, I took this photo in the men’s room - I think the dark surrounds appealed to me. More  disturbing was the urinal – it is one way glass looking out into the beer garden; there is a table and chairs set up right outside it.”
