Another Wollongong pelican. Could it be more relaxed?

If I think of Wollongong, I think of pelicans. And beaches. The locals, definitely the council, don’t like the pelicans. They complain about them shitting. I walked everywhere, trying to get close to pelicans, and where they were, I never had reason to consider their shit. It may seem small minded, because it is, the council has put spikes on top of favoured perches of pelicans, to prevent them sitting there. They still do sit there, they just have to be more careful when they are setting down. Sometimes though, they get a spike through the webbing of their foot. The council, knowing this, continues to erect these things.
